Taster session 24/10/26 3–5 pm

The taster course is aimed at absolute beginners who want to learn instinctive archery from the ground up – without prior knowledge, without being overwhelmed by technical details, and without aiming aids.

To begin with, you will receive a short theoretical introduction:
Why is it called instinctive archery? Where do the origins of this shooting style lie, and how does it fundamentally differ from modern, systematic archery? The historical background is kept deliberately concise so that we can quickly move on to the practical side.

In the practical part, the shot sequence is first demonstrated in a reduced form. We will then work together step-by-step to develop the movement sequence based on the phase-position model – from stance and draw to the anchor point.

The focus here is not on the shot pattern, but on a clean, reproducible movement sequence and gaining an initial feel for the interplay between body, bow, and perception.
