Since Henry's courses are very popular every year, we are pleased to be able to offer you 2 courses again this year!

This is the archery course for archers who want to take their first steps on the path of instinctive archery or who are not satisfied with their shooting technique and results and would like to improve.

In this 2-day course, seminar participants will receive all the important fundamentals of instinctive archery, and the 3 most important questions of instinctive archery will be clarified and explained clearly and understandably:

• Why is it called instinctive archery?
• How does instinctive archery work?
• How do I train instinctive archery?

THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE INSTINCTIVE ARCHER

In the first part of the archery course on instinctive archery, the base line is determined.

All course participants shoot at different distances, and both the results and the shooting technique characteristics of all participants are recorded and documented in a diagnosis.

By means of the detailed diagnosis the actual current status of each course participant is determined.

Only with a clear diagnosis of the current status can the potential for improvement be revealed and ultimately realized. We then discuss the results of this analysis together. In the theory block of the archery course, all the fundamentals of instinctive archery are explained. Shooting technique, instinctive archery, training theory, bow physics, and arrow physics are the core topics of the second part of the archery course.

THE VISUAL ASPECT OF INSTINCTIVE ARCHERY – WHERE DO I LOOK WHEN SHOOTING A BOW

For the first time, we train the basic visual exercises as an important training tool to also understand the visual aspects of instinctive archery.

In the third part of the archery course, we train the correct shooting technique together in order to internalize the simple way of hitting the target using instinctive technique.

Everything is easier with the right shooting technique! The correct shooting technique is the important foundation for every successful shot.

THE OPTIMAL BOW AND THE PERFECT ARROWS – WHAT DO I NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO?

Together, we create a personal passport in which all the important data of each individual participant, their bow, and their arrows are measured and recorded.

For each participant, we determine the correct combination of draw weight and spine value together.

It is a personal and very important concern of mine that my seminar participants take home enough knowledge regarding the technical components of their equipment so that they will no longer make any bad purchases in the future.

Every participant will receive this personal profile together with their course materials at the end of the seminar.
