One-on-one training

There is also the option of one-on-one training, although it is important to note that this does not have to be training for a competitive athlete. Perhaps you simply want to secure the undivided attention of the trainer or do not like working in a group with strangers.

For one hour of intensive individual coaching by a certified trainer, we charge just €60 per hour. Please contact us to arrange an appointment personally.

Costs: 60-75 € per hour, including video analysis 70-85 € per hour
