The AVALON target is extremely durable thanks to the use of individual soft foam lamellae. Compared to conventional foam targets, the arrow is "pinched" between the lamellae, significantly reducing target wear. Due to its mass and design, the target still reliably stops all types of arrows and bolts up to a draw weight of 70 lbs for compound bows and 225 lbs/350 fps for recurve crossbows. Thanks to the soft lamellae, the target is also very gentle on all types of arrows and bolts, which are also very easy to pull out again.
