The TopHat “Protector Ring” is a sleeve that is fitted onto the front and back of the shaft, encasing it for approx. 1cm. The ring prevents the carbon from cracking or splitting at its most sensitive points. It can be used with almost any insert (except Protector Inserts), with almost any point (except DURA or Protector points), or with a nock (except Out-Nocks).
