INSTINCTIVE ARCHERY?
To participate in an advanced course, you must have already taken a basic course!
The advanced course gives participants the opportunity to extensively practice basic visual exercises and to check or re-adjust their inner sight together in "Super Point" training.
The analysis of various shooting situations as well as a small final tournament are also part of the instinctive archery advanced course.
BASE LINE
Creating a personal diagnosis (Base Line) is also an important component of the advanced course for instinctive archery in order to assess course participants individually.
In contrast to the basic course, however, the Base Line in the advanced course is digitally recorded in order to subsequently analyze it together on the screen. Being able to address each course participant personally is one of the many advantages of the advanced course. Visual information is an important mental foundation in instinctive archery for a successful shooting sequence.
BARE SHAFT TEST
In theory, information about mental training as well as important fundamentals regarding the bare shaft test are taught. In practice, every participant has the opportunity to perform a bare shaft test in the correct way to determine their correct arrow.
MENTAL TRAINING
In training pillar 1, we apply mental training together and deepen our skills and knowledge in training sessions covering pillars 2 and 3, which we already became familiar with in the basic instinctive archery course.
CONCLUSION
The advanced course concludes with a one-on-one discussion, after which each participant receives their course materials, the Instinctive Archery patch, and a certificate for participation in the "Advanced Course for Instinctive Archery".
